We installed a 1200 amp, 3-phase electrical service with 54 apartment meters and a 400 amp house meter. In addition, we installed all apartment and elevator wiring, the fire alarm system, and parking lot lighting, including excavation and the pole bases. We also implemented an access control system on the main entrance, allowing residents to open the door for visitors via their phone line.

We converted the electrical systems in this building, formerly the Fisherman’s Net, in 2009. This renovation included a 600 amp overhead electrical service, a 225 amp indoor emergency generator and a new fire alarm system. We also installed the telephone, data, HVAC, and elevator wiring.

Components we installed included a 400 amp underground 120/240 3-phase service, lighting, and kitchen equipment. We also completed all wiring, including the menu board, and HVAC.

St. Luke’s Bone and Joint Institute

We completely wired this facility from the ground up. This includes the underground service, interior lighting, X-ray equipment, elevator wiring, fire alarm, hydro treadmill, HVAC wiring, and parking lot lighting.

David Klein Building

We replaced all lighting in this building under the PPL standard rebate program. This 4-story building had approximately 900 fixtures. The total project cost was $44,000, of which the PPL rebate covered $29,000. The net cost to the client was $15,000. The annual electrical savings to the client will be $18,000, which will make their payback about 7 to 8 months.

Penske Truck Rental

We completed electrical work at this location during its initial construction. This included installation of a 1200 amp 120/208 three-phase underground service, truck and trailer parking area lighting, and truck engine heater receptacles. We also wired their offices, the automatic truck wash, underground service area, and truck service bays.
